Finished this one just last night and love it so much. 24" waist (will stretch to 30-32"). Six layers of black tulle net, hand sewn, in three different lengths, two layers per length. Finished with black-tipped red fabric roses. A real Lolita/goth/emo or party item. All tutus made to order, if interested, let me know. Guaranteed this is not available from anyone else, it is a genuine Madcatwoman original. If it appears anywhere else not linked to Madcatwoman/Madcatwoman Enterprises, you know someone has stolen my idea and I'll have to get my voodoo doll out >
